Every program is intentionally designed around your body, your goals, and your current starting point. Be sure sure look over my Client Training Agreement before we start.

For most workouts, you will need a towel, mat, and weights. Start with a set of 3lb, 5lb and/or 8lb weights.

I provide adaptations for different activity levels during my group sessions. You’ll find variations that meet your needs, and you’ll have fun while you’re at it!

Either a computer, tablet, or phone will work.

No, if you sign up as a PB junkie you can cancel anytime. For personal training you can either pay per week or by the month, whichever works best for you.

No worries! All of my classes are housed on a private YouTube channel. While you are a member, you can access the recorded classes anytime, anywhere.
