Frequently Asked Questions

  • Every program is intentionally designed around your body, your goals, and your current starting point. Be sure sure look over my Client Training Agreement before we start.

  • For most workouts, you will need a towel, mat, and weights. Start with a set of 3lb, 5lb and/or 8lb weights. 

  • I provide adaptations for different activity levels during my group sessions. You’ll find variations that meet your needs, and you’ll have fun while you’re at it!

  • Either a computer, tablet, or phone will work.

  • No, if you sign up as a PB junkie you can cancel anytime. For personal training you can either pay per week or by the month, whichever works best for you.

  • No worries! All of my classes are housed on a private YouTube channel. While you are a member, you can access the recorded classes anytime, anywhere.
