About Me

Hi, I’m Kim Neville, and I’m passionate about helping others feel strong and capable so they can enjoy a vibrant, active quality of life for years to come. I understand how frustrating it can be to slow down, to heal, or to try to find time to take care of yourself while taking care of everyone else. You want to feel good in your body. You want strength, mobility, and confidence — but you also want balance in your life. And maybe you still want to enjoy a piece of chocolate now and then. Same here.

Growing up, I was always on the move—playing sports, running around, and helping on the family farm. In college, I started teaching group fitness classes and instantly fell in love with the energy, fun, and motivation that comes from working out alongside others. There’s just something special about sweating together that turns strangers into teammates.

While living in Virginia, I discovered a real passion for working with active older adults. I taught several group fitness classes each week for an amazing community, and they quickly became one of the brightest parts of my life. They brought me so much joy and made me smile every single day—plus, they kept me on my toes with stories, jokes, and the occasional reminder that “getting older is not for the faint of heart!”

Because of how much I loved working with them, I decided to build on my personal training certification and become a Senior Fitness Specialist as well. It felt like a natural next step—and honestly, when you find a group of people who lift you as much as you lift them (sometimes literally), you follow that path.
